ORDER

The Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R. in Crime No.9 of 2018 on the file of the 1st Respondent police.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. During the pendency of this Criminal Original Petition, interim order was granted by this Court. The charge sheet was filed before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the charge sheet had been filed and the Petitioner had filed a separate petition seeking to quash the charge sheet, this petition is pending with other bench.
