This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case against the accused persons based on the complaint dated 29.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 29.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 31.01.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
