O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.523 of 2023 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 420 and 506(2) of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.523 of 2023 has been completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani on 16.10.2024.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
