It is brought to the notice of this Court that on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 3 to the effect that Government of Tamil Nadu had passed G.O.Rt.No.917-Public (Special.A) Department dated 07.03.2015, inter-alia stating that after careful examination, it had directed the name of the Petitioner, be deferred from inclusion in the panel of DRO, till the charges pending against her are concluded. 2.In view of the order passed by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.917-Public (Special.A) Department dated 07.03.2015 as stated supra, the present Contempt Petition is closed since nothing survives for adjudication further in the contempt petition. No costs. However, it is open to the Petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O.Rt.No.917-Public

(Special.A) Department dated 07.03.2015 before the Competent forum in the manner known to law and in accordance with law, if she so desires/advised.
