This petition is filed to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 14.08.2019 made in W.P.No.386 of 2012.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners/appellants and the respondent, who appeared in person.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants and the respondent (party-in-person) and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
