The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in Crime No. Not known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that this petitioner has taken some photographs and started intimidating the defacto complainant that he will upload the same in social media. The respondent police registered the complaint and conducted enquiry in CSR No. 67 of 2021. When the petitioner was called by the respondent police for enquiry, the petitioner informed the respondent police that, he had deleted those objectionable photos. Hence, the complaint was closed.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will not upload the said photographs or misuse the same in future.
