O R D E R

While dismissing the writ petition filed by the petitioner, challenging the transfer order, this Court only made an observation by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation seeking reconsideration of the transfer order and it is for the respondent to consider the same and pass orders. Since, no positive direction was given by this Court in WP.No.24975 of 2014. I do no find any violation of order of this Court.

2.In the result, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
