When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that as early as on 23.12.2021, in a batch of petitions, in which this petition also formed a part, this Court, after hearing the parties to the lis in extenso, had dismissed the petitions. However, erroneously, this matter is once again listed today.

2. A perusal of the order dated 23.12.2021 along with the cause list reveals that even as on the said date, this Court had dismissed the writ petitions. However, inadvertently, the said writ petition has not been incorporated in the order and even while drafting the inadvertent omission has not been traced out, which has resulted in the order being not issued in respect of the present writ petition.

3. In the aforesaid circumstances, Registry is directed to draft the order, which has been passed in W.P. No.32563/2019, etc., Batch, dated 23.12.2021, for the present petition as well and issue order copy to the parties. Apart from the above, no further direction is necessary in this petition.
