J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the 2nd Respondent has filed a Compliance Report dated 10.03.2023, wherein it has been stated that all encroachments referred to in the affidavit have been removed. Though it is pointed out by the petitioner that encroachment in respect of S.No.262/1 has not been removed, it was not the subject matter of the Writ Petition and the said issue cannot be adjudicated in this petition. It is open to the petitioner to agitate the issue pertaining to S.No.262/1 separately before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
