ORDER
Aggrieved against the non-payment of 5% of basic pay as Personal Pay to the petitioner, who was Steno Typist Grade III for the period from 1992 to 1998, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter was called for, learned Special Government Pleader had produced a copy of the receipt, by which, a sum of Rs.68,138/- has been electronically transferred to the petitioner's salary savings account on 12.06.2023. Since the petitioner's grievance has been redressed, no effective order can be passed. Hence this writ petition is closed. No costs.
