ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who is arrayed as the second accused, in a broad day light, committed murder in a busy market place. The murder has occurred due to the political rivalry. The petitioner herein is a history sheet holder, having 5 previous cases of grievous nature.
