Petition praying to grant an order of stay all further proceedings of the impugned order passed by the respondent in its proceedings dated 18/08/2016 in pa. No.1115/ P2/ Pa.Pi.1/ TNSTC/ KO/ E.Ma/ 16 pending in Wp.31180/16 prosecutor under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorified calling for records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent and quash the same.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by B.RAJENDRAN, J.) This appeal is filed against the order passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.27029 of 2016 in W.P.No.31180 of 2016 dated 12.09.2016, in which a direction has been given to maintain status quo.

2.Today, when this appeal is taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that subsequently, the learned single Judge has passed an order in W.M.P.No.27029 of 2016 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

05.02.2017, posting the case to 14.02.2017 to get specific instructions as to the reason for which the petitioners therein have been transferred, in the form of counter, failing which the respondent-Transport Corporation was directed to be present before this Court with records on that date. The learned counsel for the appellant has also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.

3.In view of the subsequent order passed in W.M.P.No.27029 of 2016, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ appeal. Accordingly, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
