A fresh plan has been filed as the revised topo-sketch on 26.08.2015 removing some of the plots so as to provide for a clear road access and there is sufficient distance from the water bodies. There are, in fact 13 plots cancelled. Thus, the only further direction required is that it shall be ensured that the water bodies are not encroached upon nor the access roads, maintaining their width.
