Heard Mr. R.K.Gandhi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. R.Anitha, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 03.02.2023 made by the Petitioner to transfer her from Government Medical College Hospital, Omandurar Estate, Chennai to Government Head Quarters Hospital, Padmanapuram, Kanyakumari or Government Medical College Hospital at Acharipallam, Kanniyakumari, or any other Government Hospital at Kanyakumari District. 3.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced a copy of the Proceedings in Ref. No. 6409/N2/2/2023 dated 14.03.2023, which reads as follows:- 2/4

"Due to administrative reasons and based on the request of the individual, Selvi/Tmt. J.Helin Reena, Nurse, Government Medical College, B Block, Omandurar, Chennai is now diverted to work at Government Hospital, Kanyakumari, Kanyakumari District until further orders."

In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
