ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue herein, viz., Bagyalakshmi, aged 25 years, has filed this petition seeking production of her daughter.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 as also learned counsel for respondents 3 to 5.

3. First respondent has produced the alleged detenue viz., Bagyalakshmi. She informs of being aged about 23 years https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and that she had left the matrimonial home owing to differences. The third respondent/her husband is also present before this Court. The alleged detenue viz., Bagyalakshmi informed her intent of going to her residence with her mother/petitioner. Petitioner/mother of the detenue is willing to take her daughter/the alleged detenue to her house. Third respondent/husband of the detenue is not averse to such step.

4. In the circumstance, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
