This is a petition to condone the delay of 194 days in filing the above CMA SR No.29857 of 2020 against the judgment and decree dated 28.03.2019 made in MCOP No.7 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Uthangarai.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
