C.M.P.No.9248 of 2021 in C.M.A.No.sr.28924 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 732 days in filing the above appeal against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.376 of 2015 dated 23.11.2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Sathyamangalam.

2.The notice has been served on both the parties.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 732 days is condoned on condition that the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the respondent's counsel within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Registry is further directed to print the name of respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
