ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 26.06.2014 made in W.P.No.15545 of 2014, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up, the learned Additional Advocate General has produced a Xerox copy of the order of the District Educational Officer, Coimbatore, in Na.Ka.No.7499/B2/2015 dated 16.12.2015 to show that the petitioner has been appointed as Teacher subject to the out come of W.A.SR No.100607 of 2015.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
