ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.30865/2014 dated 27.11.2014, came forward to file the present contempt petition. The learned Government Advocate represented that the Statutory Appeal preferred by the petitioner has been rejected vide proceedings of the office of the Joint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Director of Medical and Rural Health Services and Family

Welfare, Cuddalore, dated 17.08.2015 in Ref.No.5428/E7/2015 and the said document produced before this Court, is taken on file and record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would pray that the petitioner may be granted liberty to make a challenge to the said order in accordance with law. In the light of the said development, the contempt petition is closed and if the petitioner is so advised, he is at liberty to challenge the said order dated 17.08.2015 in accordance with law before the Competent Forum.
