This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31077 of 2024, dated 13.12.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
