O R D E R

This Court by order dated 25.3.2014 directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2013 and pass orders on merits in the light of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1430 of 2007 dated 17.03.2011 (Commissioner of Police & others Vs.Sandeep Kumar), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the order has not been complied with within a specific time, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order dated 25.3.2014 has been complied with and the petitioner's representation was rejected by order dated 23.3.2016.

3. Since order has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Contempt petition is closed.

However, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the said order, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
