The petitioner, apprehending arrest in crime number not known on the file of the respondent police has filed the petition for anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No. 77 of 2022 and they will complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks.
3. Recording the same, the petitioner shall not be arrested till the completion of enquiry, provided that the petitioner cooperates for the enquiry without any deviation.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
