and 169/4B in Sengampatti Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and take action against the respondents 3 to 10, by considering his representation dated 18.02.2023.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

The petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation before the second respondent in person along with all the relevant documents and the second respondent shall act upon the same and conduct an enquiry and take a final decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh representation from the petitioner.
