ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to give suitable police protection to the petitioner and his wife, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner got married to a girl of another caste on 15.05.2015 on account of which he is being hounded by the girls relatives. The petitioner is a native of Nochalur Colony, Ginjee Taluk and because of the troubles, he is on the run. 4.Today, Mr.Ravikumar, Sub Inspector of Police, K3, Aminjikarai Police Station, is present before this Court and on instructions from him, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner and his mother are fruit vendors in Aminjikarai area. 5.Under such circumstances, the petitioner and his newly wedded https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

wife is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, K3, Aminjikarai Police Station and lodge a formal complaint and on such complaint being given, the police is directed to give protection to the petitioner and his wife.
