Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m till filling charge sheet in Crl.MP.No.9926 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.13204 of 2021 order dated 28/09/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PONBALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.13204 of 2021 dated 04.08.2021.
