Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition that the Petitioner should report before the Respondent police on every Saturdays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.2620 of 2022 order dated 04.02.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.C.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.2620 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
