ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.29934 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is still pending. Page No.2 of 4

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29934 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 is relaxed.
