No.1 of 2014 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Virudhachalam.

O R D E R

The revision petitioner herein is the tenant of the respondent and he has preferred this revision, having lost successively both before the Rent Controller as well as the appellate authority in a proceeding initiated by the respondent/landlord for the former's eviction under Section 10(3)(a)(iii) and

Section 14(1)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner has undertaken to vacate from the property and has produced an affidavit of the revision petitioner, voluntarily executed, wherein he has undertaken to vacate the premises by 30.06.2022.

3. The statement of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner as well as the affidavit of undertaking is recorded. The revision is disposed of with a direction to the revision petitioner/tenant to deliver vacant possession to the respondent/landlord on or before 30.06.2022.
