ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner herself acted as the conduit. He also represented that the main accused in this case has been arrested by Kerala police. 4.It is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 30.05.2015 by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The Investigating Officer may bear in mind all these factors and take action in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
