This writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 in respect of the property situated in Survey No.123/1, No.28 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Jaganathapuram, 1st Main Road, Velachery, Chennai - 600 042 totally to an extent of 1,365 sq. ft 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on enquiry there is a property dispute between the parties which is civil in nature.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted by this Court and the parties shall approach the appropriate Civil Court.
