C.M.P.No.6204 of 2026 in C.R.P.Sr.No.23410 of 2026 N.MALA,J, This petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 29.12.2025 made in E.P.No.17 of 2025 in M.C.O.P. No.171 of 2003 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Coimbatore, Perundurai.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the production of certified copy of the order dated 29.12.2025 made in E.P.No.17 of 2025 in M.C.O.P. No.171 of 2003 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Coimbatore, Perundurai is dispensed with for the present.

3.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission' on 10.03.2026.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
