This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023 and further direct the first respondent to issue suitable orders to the second respondent to investigate the complaint on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023 in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.M.Prabakar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2023, enquiry in C.P.No.249 of 2024 was conducted and closed on 20.01.2024 as civil in nature.

4. In the light of the above submission, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy by filing appropriate application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate concerned and proceed further in accordance with law.
