This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent as one of the respondent in Crl.O.P.No.22637 of 2015 and M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.22637 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.197 of 2014 on the file of Inspector of Police, J-8, Neelankarai Police Station, Chennai. After investigation, final report was filed in this case and the case was taken cognizance in PRC.No.23 of 2015 and pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Alandur. The accused/petitioners filed quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.22637 of 2015 for quashing the proceedings in PRC.No.23 of 2015, the petitioner being the defacto complainant wants to oppose the quash petition and filed this petition.

This Court finds that on the basis of the complaint given by petitioners, investigation was conducted and final report was filed against the accused and the case was taken cognizance in PRC.No.23 of 2015. Therefore, petitioners must be heard before taking any decision in Crl.O.P.No.22637 of 2019. 3.
