ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the maintenance case in M.C.No.116 of 2006 on the file of the II Additional Judge, Family Court at Chennai to Family Court at Vellore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the second respondent has initiated the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C in M.C.No.116 of 2006 before the Second Additional Family Court and the same is pending till date. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the Second Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of M.C.No.116 of 2006 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
