Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration, to declare that the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of Repeal Act 20 of 1999 and entitled to hold the property 300 sq.mtrs, being the part of Survey No.148/1B in 173, Selaiyur Village and now-All that piece and parcel of the lands measuring 285.5 Sq.meters at No.173, Selaiyur Village, Saidapet Taluk now Tambaram Taluk, comprised in Old.S.No.101A1A2, New T.S.R.No.105 & 17/2, Ward No.1, Block No,14 and more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder.
