Respondents in both WPs PRAYER in WP No.31577 of 2017 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the second respondent's order made in G.O.Ms.No.74 Personal And Administrative Reforms Department dated 27.06.2013 to an extend of paragraph 6 therein is concerned and that of the order of the 3rd Respondent made in Letter Nos.4(1) 27725/2017 dated 24.08.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent to quash the same in so far as petitioner is concerned and to consequently direct the respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner on completion of 10 years of service and pay back all service and monetary benefits.

PRAYER in WP No.31578 of 2017 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the second respondent's order made in G.O.Ms.No.74 Personal And Administrative Reforms Department dated 27.06.2013 to an extend of paragraph 6 therein is concerned and that of the order of the 3rd Respondent made in Letter Nos.4(1) 29908/2017 dated 31.08.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent to quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and to consequently direct the respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner on completion of 10 years of service and pay back all service and monetary benefits.

O R D E R

Mr.S.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to the work out his remedy before the appropriate forum and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
