The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal was filed by the 1st respondent which is pending for the past four years without any progress.

2. From the perusal of the document entries, it is seen that in I.A. No. 44 of 2017 is pending.

3. Without going into merits of the case, a direction is given to the V Additional District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A. No. 44 of 2017 as well as A.S.No. 112 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
