This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.149 of 2015 dated 28.02.2015 on the file of Tiruvennai Nallur Police Station, Villupuram District.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.This petitioner is challenging the FIR in Crime No.149 of 2015 for offence under Section 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed on 28.02.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ulunthurpettai.
