This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that some typographical error has been crept in Paragraph 2 of the order dated 12.12.2022. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the paragraph No.2 in the order dated 12.12.2022 in C.R.P.No.1363 of 2019 and C.M.P.No.8896 of 2019 shall read as follows:- "2. The respondent filed a suit for recovery of money to the tune of Rs.3,00,000/- as against the petitioner. Pending suit, the suit was referred to Lok Adalat. In the Lok Adalat, both the parties have agreed for a settlement of a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- and on the date of award, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- and agreed that the remaining amount shall be paid by the petitioner on or before 08.01.2018. However, the petitioner failed to pay the said amount and as such, the respondent filed an Execution Petition to execute the Lok Adalat Award dated 08.07.2017

and the same was allowed and ordered to arrest the petitioner, if not paid the amount."

4. Registry is directed to correct the order dated 12.12.2022 in C.R.P.No.1363 of 2019 and C.M.P.No.8896 of 2019, as above and issue order copy a fresh.
