Respondent/4th Respondent PRAYER: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code to set aside the Judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.17 of 2009 dated 14.09.2010 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri and partly decreed and allowed in O.S.No.464 of 2004 dated 24.10.2008 on the file of the District Munsif, Krishnagiri.

2. By order dated 01.02.2018, this Second Appeal was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai for amicable settlement. The dispute was settled between the parties and a Joint Memo of compromise was filed before the Mediation Centre. Hence, the case is posted today before this Court, along with the Mediation Report and the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 26.02.2018.

3. The contents of the Joint Memo of Compromise was read out to the parties and both the parties agreed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same before this Court. The said Joint Memo of Compromise dated 26.02.2018 shall form part of the record.

4. In the light of the above facts, this Second Appeal is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
