This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of Ray of Light Foundation, Nungambakkam, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.29240 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of Ray of Light Foundation, Nungambakkam. He wold further submit that the petitioner is a poor person, aged about 22 years and there is nobody to support him to raise such huge amount. However, he raised the funds to the tune of Rs.50,000/- and also filed an affidavit of undertaking before this Court stating that he shall pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- in due compliance of the order. Hence, this petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Ray of Light Foundation; A/c No.50100078904233; IFSC Code: HDFC0001864; No.10, Nageswara Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai,
