In any event, Mr.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioners who challenge an order of suspension passed by the respondent university, have subsequently left the university themselves. They are stated to have obtained transfer certificates and their original documents have also been returned to them. A memo of even date confirming the aforesaid position is placed on record by Mr.Saravanan.
3. Recording the aforesaid, as nothing survives in these petitions in the aforesaid circumstances, the same are closed. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
