The Chairperson, Teachers Recruitment Board, Chennai-36 Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order selection order dated 12.12.2012 published in the internet by the 2nd Respondent for the post of PG Assistant (Economics- Tamil Medium) and to quash the same and consequently to direct the Respondents to select the Petitioner for the post of PG Assistant (Economics- Tamil Medium). ORDER

1. When the matter is taken up today for consideration, there is no representation for the Petitioner.

2. This Writ Petition is of the year 2012. The prayer in this Writ Petition is to 1/3

select the Petitioner for the post of PG Assistant (Economics-Tamil Medium), R.KALAIMATHI, J.

Srcm by quashing the selection order dated 12.12.2012.

3. Mr.C.Kathiravan, the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd Respondent Board submits that the Petitioner was selected for the post of PG Assistant/ Physical Education Director Grade-I for the year 2011-012 and 2012-2013 and she was posted at the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Uthukuli, Tiruppur and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. The learned Standing Counsel has also produced a copy of the appointment order dated 30.08.2014 in respect of the Petitioner to that effect.
