ORDER

Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) are present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that FIR is registered in DCB Cr.No.2 of 2015 on 09.05.2015 for the offences under Sections 447 and 506(i) IPC against one Saravanan and others.

3.Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed, with direction to the IO to conduct proper investigation without unnecessary delay and to complete the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and to file the final report as expeditiously as possible

preferably within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, failing which the contempt petitioner is at liberty to file another contempt petition.
