The petition has been filed for directions to the respondent police to register the "FIRST INFORMATION REPORT", based on the CSR No.638 of 2019 dated 27.09.2019, on the file of the above respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, C.S.R.No. 638 of 2019 was issued on 27.09.2019 and the same was closed.
