This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.226 of 2015 dated 14.05.2015 on the file of 1st respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.This petitioner is challenging the FIR in Crime No.226 of 2015. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed on 20.06.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore.
