O R D E R

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 07.02.2014 made in Crl.O.P.No.33222 of 2013 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this petition seeking to punish the respondent. 2.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned Public Prosecutor producing a copy of the Final Report would submit that as per the orders of this Court, Final Report was filed by the respondent on 10.8.2014 in this matter. But the learned Public Prosecutor would submit that however, the learned Magistrate has not taken cognizance of the same.

Recording the said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the Contempt Petition is closed as infructuous.
