ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.174 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent to the 3rd respondent to investigate and to file final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, initially, a case in Crime No.174 of 2014 CrPC for offences under Sections 279, 337 and 304A IPC was registered. Now, it is asserted by the defacto complainant that it is the case of murder. This assertion has been made after almost a year.

4.Under such circumstances, this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
