(The order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to produce her daughter namely Swathi, D/o Unnikrishnan, aged about 14 years before this Court.

2. The detenu is produced before this Court. The detenu, Swathi, aged 14 years, is handed over to the custody of the mother/petitioner. There is no further proceedings required in this case. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
