Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify para no.6(a) the order passed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.26051 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNASAMY CHINNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify one of the conditions imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26051 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022.
2. This Court is not inclined to modify the condition which was already granted, because, on hearing the petitioner's only, the said order was passed. More over, the petitioner was inclined to deposit the amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. Now, after coming out of the bail by complying part of the order, then he seeks to modify the condition which is unsustainable in law and this petition is not maintainable. Hence,this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. However. time granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.26051 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022 is extended by a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the purpose of complying with the order finally.
3.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
